Having relocated from Bergen County, New Jersey to Wolfeboro 44 years ago and selling real estate for 41 of those, I have acquired first hand knowledge of state and local market conditions, zoning regulations, financing, infrastructure issues, schools, taxes, etc. that have proven invaluable to my clients. Aside from countless consecutive years recieving some of the highest level awards appointed to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices international network of agents, like the Presidents Circle, I also hold the prestigious designation with the distinctive Institute of Luxury Homes. Having owned and developed 4 properties I have been able to provide my clients with a clear picture of what they can expect in an un-developed asset that they currently own or are considering purchasing. Putting these clients together with the “right people” from the beginning (surveyors, soils scientists, septic designers, state and local department heads) has saved them a considerable amount of time and a substantial amount of money. As much as I truly have a passion for development, I primarily focus on residential and multi-family properties. The majority of this business is repeat business and personal referrals. I can be found volunteering at the Kingswood Regional Middle, the Wolfeboro Parks and Rec Department, The Nick Recreational Park and assisting with a variety of sports such as field hockey, lax, and basketball.
